MIX TRADE 2008

It's time for the Capohedz 6th annual mix trade.
Trade off will be: Saturday August 23rd 6pm
247 Shaw st, Toronto. (Between Queen and Dundas)
For the uninitiated:
- Create a Mix
- Upload the mix
- Bring something with your mixes URL on it as well as a tasty pot luck item on the day of the mix trade off

duplicates so if you know what you want to bring email me.

mix but will only take one copy.
info/guidelines/rules:
- only sign up if you intend on making a mix be prepared to make
up to 30 copies
- MAKE ENOUGH COPIES OF YR MIX (don't assume that people are going
to drop out and make too few copies, last year some people didn't get all
the mixes)
- don't show up to mix trade asking to use a burner to finish making
yr copies (you have plenty of time to get them done)
- it is yr responsibility to get yr mixes to the trade off (if you
can't make it make arrangements)
- most people put quite a bit of time and effort into their mixes
(showing up with a handful of blank discs with nothing written on them and/or
no track listing and/or no cover and/or no case/sleeve is generally considered
pretty fucking low budget)
- don't get too stressed or take this too seriously (after all this
is just for fun, what better way is there to discover a ton of new music)

- Create a Mix CD (Tape if you really really have to)
- Burn as many copies as people signed up (30 copies)
- Bring yr mixes as well as a tasty pot luck item on the day of the mix trade off
